Before becoming an external rental advisor at AvescoRent, I spent many years working directly on the field. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the realities, constraints, and pace of a construction site. Today, when I guide my clients in renting machinery, I don’t just provide equipment: I focus on finding the solution that best fits their context, goals, and the challenges they face.

I understand that behind every project lie tight deadlines, mobilized teams, and significant responsibilities. That’s why I place great importance on listening, clarity, and reliability. Patient and solution-oriented, I fully commit myself—even on complex projects to ensure effective and relevant choices.

For me, collaboration goes far beyond a simple service. I prioritize a partnership built on trust, quality, and continuity. My goal is to support my clients over the long term and provide a service that reassures them, simplifies their daily work, and creates real added value.

I joined the Conthey agency in December 2020 as a coordinator and quickly had the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities. In December 2022, I became the director of the Conthey agency, where I oversee projects and support teams in developing effective and creative solutions for our clients. Starting in July 2026, I will also take on the leadership of the Rennaz agency, which will allow me to broaden my role and contribute even more to the group’s growth and strategy. My goal is to share concrete experiences that can inspire and guide other professionals in the field.

Since March 1, 2020, I have been working in the company as Director of Mobile Construction and WPS. This role allows me to put into practice my passion for technical sales and innovative solutions across a variety of fields: modular construction, containers, construction machinery, and WPS. I enjoy tackling complex challenges, creating tailored solutions, and supporting my clients with pragmatism and creativity.

Since 2008, I have been part of the Avesco Rent AG team as a mechanic, a profession I am passionate about every day.

In the workshop, no technical challenge seems insurmountable to me: I strive to find a solution to every problem I encounter, and the occasional challenging obstacles only strengthen my motivation.

For the past two years, I have also had the pleasure of training new colleagues in the use of aerial work platforms. This combination of skills, hands-on experience, and knowledge sharing makes my work particularly rewarding and motivating.

With 10 years of experience as a sales manager in the building materials trade, I have spent the past 24 years in French-speaking Switzerland working in construction equipment rental—first as a branch manager, then as a regional sales manager. I have been a member of the Avesco Rent team since 2014.

My professional journey began with training as an electrician, which gave me a solid technical foundation. After five rewarding years as a service technician, I wanted to broaden my horizons and moved into the elevator sector. This experience allowed me to develop my technical skills while also earning a diploma in technical sales.

Always curious for new experiences, I then explored the heating and wood energy sector, further enriching my technical expertise.

Today, I bring this entire background to my role as a sales representative at Avesco Rent, and I am proud of it. Advising our clients, particularly in the field of lifting technology, is a true source of satisfaction for me. I enjoy direct interaction, finding the right solution for every situation, and I feel completely fulfilled in my role.
