Since 2017, I have been part of Avesco Rent AG, a company that today represents far more than just a job for me.
My journey began in the field, in direct contact with clients and construction sites. This experience was pivotal: it allowed me to understand the realities of daily operations, build trusting relationships, and develop a concrete understanding of our business.
Since 2023, I have held the position of Branch Manager. In this role, I am responsible for my team, client satisfaction, and the smooth running of operations, all within an environment marked by constant challenges.
What drives me every day are the tangible results of our commitment.
Enabling a client to move their project forward through our solutions, supporting my team in finding effective solutions, and turning complex situations into shared successes are central aspects of my work.
I work closely with the dispatcher, mechanics, and sales team. This close collaboration, built on trust and mutual respect, is a key factor in our collective performance.
Client relationships are at the heart of my professional approach. Each project has specific requirements, and every interaction helps strengthen long-term collaboration. It is this human dimension, combined with clear objectives and daily challenges, that gives my work its true meaning.
Being able to see, at the end of the day, that our work has contributed to advancing a project is a real source of satisfaction for me.
It is this added value for both our clients and our teams that makes my professional commitment particularly meaningful.
