We are pleased to announce the organizational changes as of January 1, 2023.
In order to support all development projects in Switzerland, the Baltic States and Finland, we have decided to create the position of Director Rental Machines & Equipment for our Swiss organisation.
Christoph Schaffner, has been confirmed for this new position as of 1 January 2023. He has successfully managed the Swiss-German region for the past 5 years and has been able to consolidate his knowledge, develop a strong customer network and take the lead in the execution of several internal projects. He is fluent in 3 languages (German, French and English) and has recently completed a CAS in management.
Christoph will be responsible for reinforcing our current network in order to defend our market share, improve the performance of our agencies, harmonize our organization while keeping our local approach which has been one of the reasons for our success in the past years. He will be based in Puidoux for an average of 2 to 3 days per week and the rest of his time will be spent in the field.
This change brings appointments in our organisation as follows:
1. Appointment of Werner Streit as Director Region East
2. Appointment of Roland Mäusli as Sales Supervisor East
3. Appointment of Dominik Lehmann to the position of Branch Manager Bern
Manuel Sauer will complement his current responsibility as Head of the Competence Centre Switzerland-Romandy with the development of the “Power System & Temperature Control” product range for the whole of Switzerland.
